KBC Make Wet Fibre Opener Machine for Surgical Cotton

Wet Cotton/Fibre Opener Consists of following:-

• Mild Steel Side Walls.
• A pair of teeth type rolls.
• Main drum.

Machine consisting of two mild steel side walls having four nos. M.s fabricated tie bars to prevents vibrations. Both the side walls are fitted on the sturdy base.

A pair of teeth type Rolls.

A pair of two nos. positive driven teeth type rolls are mounted on the m.s side walls with bush bearings to open the fibre lumps efficiently.

Main drum.

One No. main big size high speed driven drum having spike strips is mounted on side walls with suitable ball bearings. Spike strips will open the fibre and thrown out from the machine.

Drive.

One no. 3HP electric motor with necessary ‘V’ Belt pulley will be provided at the rare side of the machine to drive complete machine.

Guard Cover.

Suitable M.S fabricated guards are bolted with the machine to feed the fibre in the machine and to get opened material from the machine.

KBC Make Chamber Dryer Machine for Surgical Cotton

KBC make Chamber Dryer consisting of:

• Machine consists of mild steel chamber enclosed with necessary insulating walls consisting of double metal clad panels with thick intermediate insulating layers for reducing heat losses. The outside panel is of mild steel.
• The machine is divided into two sections, one section for loading of the material to be dried and the other section for steam heating radiators.
• The material to be dried is to be loaded on the trolley and put in the drying section as under:
• For drying Loose Fibre Suitable Tray with Trolley will be provided.
• For yarn in hank aluminium pipes are supplied. Trolley is so designed that pipes can be arranged on it.
• Hanks are loaded on pipes on trolley, which is put in the drying section.
• For drying cones or cheeses wound on metallic tubes or loose materials of muffs, Hanger Trolley will be provided.
• For loading and unloading of the chamber iron trolleys will be supplied and these trolleys are so designed that the fully loaded trolleys can be pushed inside the chamber. For guiding trolley inside the chamber, rails are provided at the bottom of the chamber.
• High efficiency steam heated radiators of the required capacity having gilled pipes are provided and the radiators are hydraulically tested so that they can be safely used for a working steam pressure of about 100 lbs. Per sq. inch . Our delivery does not include steam valves and steam traps.
• For the purpose of circulating hot air, air circulating fans with the required ducting are provided on the top of the chamber. The fan sucks air from the material drying section and delivers it to the heating section so that the air after passing over the radiators and getting sufficiently hot will again pass through the material drying section.
• An outlet arrangement with a butterfly valve is also provided in the air circulating arrangement so that part of the moist air coming out of the chamber can be delivered to the atmosphere. Our delivery does not include any ducting arrangement for discharging the air outside the machine. The butterfly valve can be conveniently operated by a hand lever.
• Air circulating fans are driven by suitable electric motor ( As per capacity ) each and our delivery includes the necessary ele. Motor.
• A thermometer is provided for indicating the temperature inside the chamber.

KBC Make Continuous Fibre Dryer for Surgical Cotton

KBC make Continuous Fibre Dryer will consists of:-

DRYING SECTION.

• Drying sections of Mild Steel Chambers totally enclosed with insulating panels fabricated from double metal clad section with thick insulating material sandwiched between two covers.
• Each chamber consists of two sections. One houses conveyor and radiators while the other houses fan, fan housing and duct line.
• Each chamber is provided with the thermometer.
• Framework is fabricated from commercial structural steels as per standard engineering structural practice.
• Each section is a unit by itself. Addition of section later is very easy

CONVEYOR

A conveyor of 1600mm width fabricated from perforated zinc coated CRC sheets duly reinforced, strengthened at the bottom and mounted on the conveyor chain. Conveyor is moved on sprocket wheels, which are situated outside the chamber.

AIR CIRCULATING UNIT

Air circulating unit consists of strong, sturdy and balanced fans, fan housings and duct line fabricated from CRC sheets and duly painted with heat resisting aluminum paint.

STEAM RADIATORS

Steam heated radiators having gilled pipes of the required capacity tested hydraulically up-to safe working of super heated steam pressure of 100 psi and painted with heat resisting aluminum paint.

DRIVE

Drive consists of 3 HP A.C motor with suitable gear box and necessary spur gear with inverter control drive will be supplied along with machine.
